DEPOSIT
Your 50% deposit will secure your party date.
Once we receive your deposit, we will design your invites and post a party pack to the birthday child.
Your party date is transferable at no extra cost. If you need to reschedule, we at least 24 hours notice. *
If you need to cancel your party, we are unable to refund deposit.
A balance invoice will be sent after your party.
YOUR VENUE
We charge an additional £1 per mile beyond a 10 mile radius of our headquarters in Hythe.
We have 10 animation workstations and can work from anywhere with tables and power. *

DECORATIONS, INVITES & THANK YOU CARDS
We post your decorations, invites and thank you cards as soon as they are designed and printed. This usually takes about 2 weeks. If you need them sooner, please let me know and I can get express printing (at a slight extra cost).
